Rather it is defined by the wholeness of each individual uniting as one and what works for that particular unit. We will explore how to avoid the comparison traps and fighting fair. Put it down, to PICK it up

#MyselfIncluded™ LIVE

What is your greatest issue, and how do you solve it? My greatest issue was lack of forgiveness.

"What happens when we forgive? You are free! Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. Staying mad at someone else literally only hurts you." Pg. 68

What is your "it"? An interactive and engaging dialogue  exploring putting something down AND picking it back up. So many times we think because we have done something once, that is all it takes. Or what if we needed to let go of our “it” to help us reveal, deal, and heal. So that we are able to pick it back up later. We will discuss pushing past fear and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Life is a continuous journey, it is important that we learn how to relieve ourselves of the burden and pain of picking "it" back up. Join us as we discuss how to put it down for good!
